We are so grateful to all the healthcare workers, community leaders, and governments across the globe who are on the front lines working to contain the coronavirus.
Your well being is our priority. We understand that traveling is not top of mind right now, but we want you to know that we are here to offer shelter and sanctuary during this extraordinary time. The Inn at Moonlight Beach is here to support you now and for your future travel plans.
Our intimate, 5-suite Inn is situated to operate responsibly while implementing safe social distancing. If you are feeling healthy, and not under quarantine due to known exposure and looking to change your self-isolation view, consider the Inn your home away from home. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your health and safety and provide flexibility. We are taking the following measures:
Enhanced Covid-19 Cleaning and Safety Protocol:
On top of our already rigorous WELL certified Platinum cleaning protocol, Inn at Moonlight Beach is now implementing an additional Covid-19 enhanced cleaning and safety protocol:
- Self-check-in and online booking + payment ensure no contact and safe distancing from others.
- We do not provide daily housekeeping services at this time to minimize social contact for the safety of guests and staff. If you are staying 3+ days we would offer new sheets and room refresh upon request. We are happy to provide extra towels and other amenities upon request.
- Our staff wear masks and our guests are no longer required to wear masks; however, we offer complimentary masks upon request and we recommend the use of masks while outside of your private suite.
- Only registered guests are permitted at our property—we are not open for public visitors and fraternizing. Please communicate if you have a guest visiting and how many will be here.
- Prior to your arrival, your suite will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected— we have increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning, focusing our housekeeping on all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, table tops, TV remote controls, sink and shower faucets throughout our property.
- UV Light Sanitizing device is used to scan the entire room for over an hour with UV light after each room cleaning.
- Water from every faucet is purified and sanitized with UV light.
- Sofas, curtains, and other porous materials are disinfected with UV light.
- Antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and cleaning supplies are provided in each suite.
- Sanitized yoga mats offered – available upon request.
