As a small property, canceled reservations affect us greatly. If you must cancel your reservation, please reach out to us by email as soon as possible. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be responsible for 50% of the reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire reservation and taxes. We highly recommend trip insurance for your stay.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all nonsmoking rooms, the lobby, the breakfast room, and all common areas. A smoking policy violation fee of $500 will be assessed to all transgressors.
Pets are not allowed on the property. ADA service animals are always permitted.
One complimentary parking space per reservation.
The base room rate for each Suite allows 2 guests. The additional guest fee is $25/night, including all ages.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Garden Suite is 4.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Courtyard Suite is 3.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Ocean Suite is 5.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the Full Moon One-Bedroom Suite is 6.
Room Keys must be returned or a $25 charge will be applied to your bill.
Room Items Policy:
If room items are missing, a fee of $25 per missing item will be added to your bill.
