Cancellation Policy:

As a small property, canceled reservations affect us greatly. If you must cancel your reservation, please reach out to us by email as soon as possible. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be responsible for 50% of the reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire reservation and taxes. We highly recommend trip insurance for your stay.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. A smoking policy violation fee of $500 will be assessed to all transgressors.

Pet Policy:

Thank you for considering staying with us. We are a pet-free & allergen facility. We DO NOT accept Pets or Emotional Support Animals (even if it has an Emotional Support Service ID #).The laws in California allow a person with a disability to bring a trained service dog or psychiatric service dog to all public places but not emotional support animals. (A public place includes libraries, hotels, shops, restaurants, theaters, and hospitals.) There are many pet sitting facilities nearby we can recommend if that would be helpful.

Parking Policy:

One complimentary parking space per reservation.

Rate Policy:

The base room rate for each Suite allows 2 guests. The additional guest fee is $35/night, including all ages.

  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Garden Suite is 4.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Courtyard Suite is 3.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the Moonlight Ocean Suite is 5.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the Full Moon One-Bedroom Suite is 6.

Key Policy:

Room Keys must be returned or a $50 charge will be applied to your bill.

Room Items Policy:

If room items are missing, a fee of $25 per missing item will be added to your bill.

Guest Accessibility:

Please note, the property is not wheelchair accessible.
