Piro Sava and his wife Vjollca are from Albania where Piro was a High School Physics teacher and Vjollca was an accountant. They both hold Bachelor's Degrees from Albanian University. They were able to send their son to the University of San Diego in 1997. After he graduated, he encouraged Piro and Vjollca to come to America. They secured the necessary visas to move here in 2007 and both possess "Green Cards."

Vjollca has worked as our only housekeeper at the Inn at Moonlight Beach for nearly three years. Piro has helped us repaint much of the exterior of the Inn. Both Piro and Vjollca are hard working, meticulous, intelligent, and prompt. They are both taking English-as-a-Second-Language night classes at Mira Costa College.

Piro is doing much better learning English that we would at learning Albanian. He communicates very well via email, occasionally using Google Translator to decipher unfamiliar words. We found communicating with him about painting was simple and direct because he knows what needs to be done.

He is competent at doing basic maintenance projects such as cleaning, painting, pressure washing, basic electrical repair (light switches, etc), and has experience preparing entire apartments for re-rental after tenant vacancy. Piro is available to work for $12 an hour. He has a car and is punctual and dependable. You will not find a harder, more educated, more dependable worker for $12 an hour. We strongly recommend Piro for any project or work you have available.
