This is our home, and as such we don't have a front desk or a staff of employees. Since we're often out and about ejoying our beach-town paradise, we've created this website to answer your questions. You can even "look into" our reservation computer directly from your computer!

Across the top of this website you'll find tabs.

The Availability Tab takes you to our on-line reservation calendar. Click the calendar on the date you'd like to stay and you'll see exactly what rooms are available and their rates - you're looking at the exact same information we see on our reservation computer. Note that shaded areas on the calendar indicate "no vacancy."

Many Bed and Breakfast inns don't allow single night stays. We do, under certain conditions, which you can also read on our Last Minute Discounts Page.

Please read the Policies Tab carefully before booking a room to learn about our policies and house rules - they differ from those of a commercial hotel.

The Suites Tab shows you photos and complete descriptions of each of our rooms. Prices vary by the room, the day of week and the season.

If our Reservation Calendar says we're fully booked, we are. We regret that we do not keep a cancellation or backup list. Weekends often fill 2-3 weeks ahead of time.

To Speak Personally By Telephone With Ann or Terry: Our inn is not a commercial hotel - this is our retirement home in paradise - we live right upstairs. Before you telephone us at home, please take a moment to read what more than 100 previous guests say about our inn if by reading the reviews. Because our policies and house rules are different than a commercial hotel, please carefully read the house rules and policies first. Take a look at Ann's breakfasts and check availablies and prices. Then, if you would like to speak with Ann or Terry personally, we look forward to chatting with you on our home phone at (760) 944-0318 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

If we are not home, your call may forwarded to one of our cell phones. If you reach voice mail, please leave a detailed message and one of us will call you back. Please do not "drop in" without an appointment or reservation, as we value our privacy and the privacy of our guests.
